I started to freak out at first too especially since Rayna was puking about 2 days after they started screaming about swine flu all over the news. lol She’s fine now tho.

Oh my, I have never before been so impressed by bacon. The Bacone. That is just awesome.

And as for the swine flu…I don’t really make fun of it either, because that wouldn’t be nice I guess…but the hype? Serioulsy. I mean, we’ve had SARS, and the Bird Flu, and wasn’t there something else? I am SO over the hype. I won’t be planning a trip to Mexico real soon, but other than that, I think I’ll just continue to live my life, and wash my hands like a normal person!

Don’t even get me started on all the hype for the Swine Flu. Live your life people! I don’t want anyone to get sick, but why is this so much worse than the regular flu? I don’t get it.
Anyway, the bacone is hilarious! I don’t really see wanting to hold a cone of bacon in my bare hand though. Somehow that seems like it might get greasy?

i am a bit on the fence too. i am not a panicky person, but felt the need to review hygiene (in non-scary way!) with kids this week. unlike the lady i heard in the bathroom today saying to her child, “we have to wash our hands good. we don’t want bad germs or the SWINEFLU!”. please! we actually have a case at our hospital; she just returned from mexico. scary. i am a little nervous about hospital visitors when little man is born, but hopefully everyone will use common sense.

on side note, pretty genious invention!

Holy freaking bacon batman! That is freaking fabulous! Me likey bacon and willing to try bacon camp with you FOR SURE!!!

On the swine flu, I have already freaked/anxiety attack and hope this all blows over fast. My newest little one and the hubs are the only ones that are not flu shotted, but they say the flu shot won’t help the swine flu anyway so round these parts we are prayin and washin!

And the swine flu doesn’t have me freaked out yet. Which kinda freaks me out. Should I be more worried than I am? It’s now in Alabama…Bham, Huntsville, & Montgomery to be precise. Um, hello, I live in the first one. My kid is in a petri dish known as school all day long.

Ok, I’m starting to hyperventilate.
