I read of more and more families not doing Santa for the kids, in hopes to keep their Christmas more Christ-centered. And, you know what? I SO get it. But for us, Santa just seems to fit. You can read more of my thoughts on Santa over at Impress Your Kids.
I loved your post Brandi!! I’m in the same boat as you. I don’t want Santa to be the center of it all, but I do like the idea of finding a balance. I mentioned in my comment at IYK, my parents seemed to find a good balance for us & I’m hoping I can find the same.

When we asked H & B want they wanted for Christmas, their answer shocked me! Both said without skipping a beat, “Three gifts please…..three gifts were good enough for Jesus. Three gifts will be more than enough for me.” Made me stop and ponder just a little…..
